Aida has more than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and is a global HR professional with extensive business knowledge.
She has wide ranging experience in local and global roles, which include working in international headquarters. She has a proven track record in implementing organisational changes, applying change management methodology and ensuring business success in local, global and corporate environments in different countries and cultures.
Aida combines her human resources background with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an Executive MBA from the global education institute ESADE.
She developed her professional career in Novartis and one of the ‘big four’ accounting firms.
